Register an account

The email you use for membership registration will be the same email to log into the Doro Mind App.

1. Go to https://app.doromind.com/
2. We recommend signing in with Google or Apple for simpler setup, otherwise click "Register & learn more about Doro Mind"

3. Upon successful account creation, you'll see subscription options.

4. Before subscribing to a service, check to see if you qualify for financial assist by applying for a grant. See detailed steps in next section.

5. Select a Doro Mind service subscription after your grant status has been decided (e.g. approved, not qualified).

If you applied for a grant and it was approved, your grant amount will automatically be applied to the applicable subscription option. The following is an example screenshot of what an applied grant would look like for Doro Coach:

6. Link your payment type of choice

7. Manage payment details by scrolling to “Payment Methods” section. This is also where you can cancel your subscription.

Apply for a grant

We provide grants to make expert care for psychosis more accessible to families who would otherwise be unable to afford it.

1. Input the required information: your name and household information, which is used to determine grant eligibility and amount.

2. Submit proof of household income – drag and drop or click the +Select Files button to upload a primary income document, such as your most recent W2 Form. 

Only 1 primary document is required, you do not need to submit all types. The following is an example of successful document upload.

3. Once you submit your application, you'll see a confirmation that your grant is under review.

Our team will review and make a decision within 3 business days. You can still edit your application or add supplementary documentation (like income verification) while it's under review.
