About Doro Mind
Together, we are on a mission to make recovery the norm for people affected by serious mental illness (SMI). We believe that recovery is a team sport and the starting point is family engagement. Our mission originates from the lived experiences of our team. Our mission is fueled by the lived experiences of many who partner with us, invest in us and believe in us.
Doro Mind is building a new care delivery platform and team that offers those living with SMI and their loved ones access to services that have been proven to lead to meaningful recovery. The vision for the care we are building at Doro Mind includes integrated mental and physical health care, medication management, psychotherapy, family support case management, supported employment, education, and peer support. We believe that technology is a critical ingredient to scaling these services to provide quality care to the widest range of people in need.
Doro Mind is led by co-founders and co-CEOs Mimi Liu and Brady Richards, who each bring decades of experience transforming healthcare systems to reduce barriers and improve outcomes. They’re also fueled by their own journeys with their own families. Their approach highlights collaboration at every level of the system: from insurance payers, to primary care providers, psychiatrists, wrap-around services, and of course the families and individuals impacted by SMI.
Role: Marketing & Events Manager
We’re looking for a mission-driven Marketing & Events Manager to build awareness of Doro Mind’s services and grow our community—both online and offline. You’ll lead content strategy and execution across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube), organize events for our community (virtual and in-person in the Greater New York Area), and shape how we communicate our brand, our mission, and the voices of those we serve. We’re looking for someone with both the operating and execution expertise to manage content end to end.
This is a rare opportunity to build something from 0→1 with a deeply meaningful mission and a team that cares.
